A fabulous and incredibly beautiful hotel with superbly friendly employees with the service and cleaning crew. A wide array of appetising food. Good and unbeatable location handy to most tourist attractions, and 15 minute walk from Polynesian Spa. Also - close enough to the Rotorua town center and all the main attractions as well as all Rotorua.

Actually, the room was nicely refurbished and well heated with milk in fridge. Its location was central, steps away from Racing Rotorua.

The rooms with bathroom and kitchen, as example were spacious. The design was nice. Marvellous and lovely location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed: )

The restaurant was lovely which served delicious food here, I had delicious dishes. It was nice to have air conditioner and 2 televisions. Central location was a plus.

arista of rotorua motel was a delightful surprise during our recent stay in rotorua. the mezzanine level was a hit with our child, and the motel's well-kept gardens and charming brick facade created a welcoming atmosphere that felt like a home away from home.

particularly good and unbeatable location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from the spa rotorua. functional rooms and modern with a hot tub and a private outdoor bath and own freshly filled hot tub on terrace.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! the location is unbeatable - right in the centre of Fenton Street, close to shops and all the action of the central city area. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room itself was impressive, with a bedroom on a mezzanine level that added a unique touch to the overall design. Not to mention, the jacuzzi in the room was an absolute game-changer, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Lastly, having cooking facilities was a major bonus, as it allowed me to prepare my own meals and save some money. All in all, this hotel provided me with all the facilities and amenities I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
